my dream home is a smart-home with following features :-
Has internet/web access capability . Adopting various technologies and protocols such that it can control and monitor most devices in the house remotely.
Features like activiting lights or alarms with motion detectors , and seamlessly integrate devices
such as sound-systems or turning on heater-control just before reaching are just some of the list.

smart home concepts
Are you looking to add some smart devices to turn your home into an intelligent home ?
If so, here are some point for consideration.
1) Get a floor plan layout of your house.
2) list out your requirement and locations of equipments or devices that need to be
in the plan.
